Established in 2019 by owner, Frances Ponticelli, Best Kind of Care was born from a profound dedication to expert care and companionship. With many years of experience in the field of care, Frances has been actively engaged in this profession since 2008.
We are based in Wales, but operate all over the UK. Our Live-in Care Staff are expertly trained and deliver the highest standard of care. Our live-in care workers are assessed regularly and receive ongoing mandatory training, refresher courses and support. We check in with every client at regular intervals to ensure they are receiving the best possible care and are pleased with our service.
Our team ethos and care philosophy is based on compassion, understanding and efficiency, while maintaining the independence and dignity of our clients. Our care workers pride themselves on providing our clients and their family’s with meaningful support, security and peace of mind, knowing that help is at hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
